Will never stay there again
Staff was unfriendly. Looked like they didn't want to be there. Rooms were not clean. Bathrooms did not have soap, shampoo and body lotion.

« je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel (et c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive) »
Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la plage.
Hôtel fréquenté exclusivement par des Anglais. Tout est fait en fonction d'eux (repas, soirée etc...) Malheureux à dire mais ils ne respectent rien (chantent la nuit (l'alcool aidant), laissent leurs déchets partout et j'en passe. Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée tous les jours, aucune excuse du personnel de l'hôtel. Nourriture médiocre.

Hôtel bien placé : très proche de la plage principale de Santa Ponsa et des bus pour aller à l'aéroport ou dans d'autres stations balnéaires. Hôtel très propre. Repas corrects, sans plus.
La vue du balcon de la chambre : horrible car nous étions juste au dessus des poubelles de l'hôtel ! La salle commune pour les repas : HYPER bruyante : nous ne pouvions pas nous parler à cause notamment du personnel qui débarrassait non stop en entrechoquant assiettes et couvert. Mauvaise insonorisation de la salle certainement. Aucun plaisir à manger dans un tel vacarme. Peu de place autour de la piscine pour se poser et prendre un café par exemple : une dizaine de tables max ce qui est peu au regard du nombre de vacanciers présents. La piscine et les transats occupent trop d'espace ; on est les uns sur les autres.
